설립배경

현재 운동생리학과 연관된 학문을 전공하고 있는 한국인들의 각자의 전문분야를 서로 나눌 수 있는 네트워크를 공유함으로서
1) 다양한 세부전공 분야의 정보교환, 2) 기술적인 협조, 3) 출판 예정 논문의 검토와 비평 등 서로의 학문적인 발전을 위한
상호협력체제를 구축하며, 더 나아가서 공동 연구계획서의 작성 및 효율적인 협동연구의 기틀을 마련하기 위하여
2005년 4월 San Diego (Experimental Biology Conference) 에서 설립됨.

회원자격

운동생리학 또는 관련분야 학사학위 소지자 이상.
